When we found our home at 4 S Prospect Ave. we were attracted to the large outdoor living spaces and the convenience of nearby shopping and restaurants. It was the perfect starter home for us and we have welcomed our daughter since living here. The things we love most about our home are the beautiful wood floors, architectural details, plentiful storage space and the finished basement. Some of the items we have addressed have been refinished deck, mostly all new windows, new washer & dryer, new dishwasher, new microwave, new gutters with gutter guards, repainted front porch, new back screen door.  

In Paradise, our neighborhood is great for going for walks and chatting over coffee on the porch with the neighbors. Want a delicious pastry? Kora-Lee’s is close. We also have the best Thai restaurant, Mexican food, Pizza and convenient stores too. We are told the Vet that is in walking distance is excellent. Some of the things we love about living in Catonsville include access to nearby walking trails and parks, the annual 4th of July parade  and the many wonderful shops and restaurants on Frederick Rd that are also close enough to walk to. Some of our favorite restaurants in the area are Indian Delight, State Fare, & the Taneytown Deli The grocery stores we use are, Aldi's, Giant and Sam's Club. We moved to Catonsville for the historical homes and great schools. In Catonsville, the schools are terrific, people are friendly and there is a true sense of community proud.
