WHAT THE SELLER LOVES

When I found my home I was in love with the view of the creek at the back and the bump outs that provide perfect reading nooks. What I love about my home is the great location, space, and neighborhood. It is in a great location close to chain stores and restaurants, the highway, and work, yet it is quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the area. It is also about equidistant to major cities in the area to include Annapolis, D.C., and Baltimore.

There is a great amount of street parking in the development which works perfect for hosting parties and get togethers. I love my fireplace in the winter, and my sunny reading nooks on all floors. You can do cartwheels in the master bedroom it’s so big and the other two bedrooms have great functionality. I have replaced the baseboards on the deck and stained them in compliance with HOA regulations.

My utility costs are generally around $50-100. Per pay period using BGE. Water and waste water are generally $50-70 per pay period.

GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD

In the Russett community, I like to use the local library and pool. Neighbors are really friendly, and I especially got to know the ones who also have a dog(s)! Some of the things I love about living here include the quiet, safe, end-of-the-Street location; the proximity to work and easy drives to major cities on the weekend; the space (2,500 sq ft!); the beautiful paint colors; the gas range; the fireplace; the space to have a home gym; and the plentiful parking. Some of my favorite restaurants in the area include Chi’ Bal, BJ’s, and Olive on Main. The grocery store I like best is Aldi. There is also Walmart, a Target, a Walmart, a Sam’s Club, a Shoppers, and a Giant local to my home. I moved to this area on military orders, but I would choose to live here for the job opportunities; great community events such as running races and volunteer opportunities; 4 season weather; and proximity to unique and diverse city locations to explore. I really like the local library, and the running and triathlon community is great in Maryland.
