No one needs private schooling living here where I do. We moved to this townhome because my son had his heart set on Centennial high! Best decision I ever made.  

UTILITIES

BGE bill has never been more than $150, water bill about $80 each quarter. HOA $120 each quarter. I also have BGE Home service protection for all electric appliances, hot water heater and HVAC at $24 a month.

I am less than two miles from quaint historic Ellicott City, the YMCA where I swim almost daily is less than two miles away, shopping is everywhere, and all major highways are easily accessible making BALTIMORE and DC within easy reach.        I LOVE ELLICOTT CITY!! It is a lush green, beautiful city with wonderful libraries, parks, restaurants, a golf course, shopping, amazing schools, cosmopolitan environment where my son and I have thrived and grown.         

Lush green surroundings, fantastic amenities, easy access to both BALTIMORE and DC. Shopping, eateries!! I have lived here for almost 20 years!! Nothing beats this town!

Honey Pig, Korean restaurant, Nora’s Kabob Mediterranean restaurant, Asian Court an incredible authentic Chinese restaurant, Mi Casa Su Casa a traditional Mexican restaurant and countless chain restaurants like Outback, Carrabba’s, Chicago Uno’s all within a two mile radius. Historic Ellicott City offers its own range of eateries, antique stores, breweries etc.        We have ’em all!! Giant, Safeway, Mars, Korean super stores and Indian groceries within a 2-5 mile range.
