This is what the Seller Want You To Know about the Home 💗
I loved the proximity to downtown Catonsville which has so many diverse choices in restaurants. I very much enjoyed walking to Thai Heaven in Paradise as the food is always delicious. Just a short drive is the heart of Catonsville which has shopping, antiques and great food. There are a ton of Annual activities such as Food Trucks on Thursdays, the legendary 4th of July celebration and the lighting of the tree ceremony just after Thanksgiving. The amount of FREE music on a regular basis is insane. Need a grocery store? The new and improved Giant on Wilkens Ave is just a short drive and they have a Starbucks inside too. Getting to Baltimore or DC is easy.
Recent updates include refinished and stained hardwood floors, primed and painted walls and ceilings throughout, LVP flooring in basement and kitchen, new stairs to porch, new stove, newish refrigerator, painted front door, new lighting fixtures, painted railings to porch, stairs, and risers, new attic ceiling fan, furnace replaced with 95% efficient furnace 2014, furnace and AC serviced annually, most plumbing now replaced/PVC, replaced washer and dryer.
This home has been a joy and I wish the next owner as many wonderful years here that I had. It really is convenient to so many things and is a great starter home that can become a forever home, several neighbors are retired in the homes they bought decades earlier because they enjoy the neighborhood and never want to leave.
