WHAT THE SELLER LOVES
When I found my home at 206 East Northern Parkway in Baltimore, I was immediately attracted to the following:
Location location location; the yard size, lots of off-street parking, garage, beautiful kitchen, lots of character on the inside, large bedrooms, and TONS of storage space
What I love about my home most is being in the city without feeling like I am in the city. I am a 17 minute from downtown with lots of trees and the Homeland Lakes, where I go for a brisk walk or jog, about 0.3 miles from my home, nearby.
GREAT HOMELAND COMMUNITY
Homeland is a wonderful, safe community in Baltimore. Before the pandemic, the Homeland Association organized events throughout the year for families, including the annual picnic. These events were widely attended by Homeland residents. There is also newsletter and magazine distributed to Homeland residents.
My favorite restaurant around my home is Woodberry Kitchen. It is the ABSOLUTE best in the city and one of my favorites in the country and I have been everywhere.
I usually shop for groceries at Whole Foods, which is about a mile away from my home. I moved to Homeland because it is close to downtown but away from the hustle and bustle of city. Plus, it is a safe, vibrant, and fun community. I am walking distance from Gilman, Friends School of Baltimore, and Roland Park Elementary/Middle School.
