Here is what the Sellers want you to know about this glorious residence.

Driving into the neighborhood, we had that immediate feeling that we had arrived home. A beautiful community with homes perfectly spaced apart and with every home just a little bit unique.

Our first impression of 611 Corsair Court was love at first sight as we had two small children and the wonderful flat backyard was exactly what we were looking for. I could already imagine them having hours of fun playing together. It’s the ideal size for every sport and we always know where they are.

A hidden treat about this home is the glorious vista, welcoming every day with a stunning sunrise in the front, and a breathtaking sunset from the back patio. We often enjoy dinner here and watch the sun go down. In the fall, it’s hard to beat the beauty of nature in its abundance, with radiant colors as far as the eye can see.

There are so many things that we love about our home that narrowing it down to a few is very hard. When we walked in the house for the first time it looked NOTHING like it does today. This was our “Forever Home”, so every detail that we upgraded was completed with the best quality products, the highest level of care and attention and usually the most expensive and experienced contractors. Family takes us to another state , but we hope we can find a home as beautiful.

The kitchen is the area that we will miss the most. It is incredible for entertaining and on holidays the family gather here to make the best meals, pastries and pies. The excessive counter space has always been a joy. Even little hands could join in the fun. Many deep conversations have happened here too. It’s the true “Heart of our home”. It’s comforting to hear the feet of my children scampering up and down the dual staircase.

Upstairs is perfect for our large family. 3 full bathrooms make mornings and evenings easy to navigate. We have plenty of storage and the large rooms are a joy.

The Schools are excellent and the crowd of all ages at the bus stop is another feature we will miss. Our neighbors are a delight. We have street parties and impromptu gatherings on porches, decks and patios on a regular basis. Although we are sad to leave, we are thrilled to imagine new buyers enjoying our labor of love in every room.
