A complete kitchen remodel including new flooring, appliances, cabinets and pantry. We worked with a kitchen designer to redesign the space to make it more family friendly and usable.
Completely renovated the upstairs bathroom and replaced the skylight.
Renovated the basement, removed all of the paneling, put up drywall and added recessed lighting, mantle and new carpeting to create a family space.
Added a doorway and finished an unfinished tool room on the lower level to make a home office space/guest room.
We expanded and remodeled the downstairs half bath as well as rearranged the laundry room to make them more functional.
We replaced the doors on both the exit to the porch as well as the laundry room door. We replaced the original doors with panel doors in all rooms and closets to give the house a more modern feeling.
We purchased a new HVAC system (both heating and Air Conditioning) in January 2018.

Our neighborhood is amazing – very family friendly with a park down the street where we frequently meet up with neighbors and their families. Our particular block hosts an annual holiday party as well as summer block parties. We love walking the neighborhood regularly and chatting with neighbors as we walk around.
Catonsville is an amazing, family-friendly community. We love Frederick Road Fridays and the Sunday Farmers Market in the summer as well as the 4th of July Parade. We also enjoy the Santa House and Santa's arrival on Thanksgiving Weekend each year. We are close proximity to 95 that it's a quick 20 minute ride into the heart of Baltimore City for even more community events.
