Upon entering my home, I knew right away that I was at home. The beautiful architecture combined with a genuine sense of being in a comfortable, warm, and yes, somewhat even stately home filled my senses with a sense of comfort and security. I love my neighborhood, it’s a beautiful walking neighborhood. I love the view of the golf course and club house. I love being extremely close to the community pool, indoor and outdoor tennis, basketball court, and even a community book exchange! All within short and easy walking distance. The neighborhood is clean, very safe and well kept.

UPDATES TO 11323 SANANDREW DRIVE

The home already had new carpet and paint when I moved in just a couple years ago, so it really didn’t need any interior work. The landscaping however has been completely overhauled, especially in front of the home. The hardscaping has all be completely redone within the last month with the highest quality materials. The front steps stone and mortar were all redone as well.

Utility costs for this home have been extremely reasonable. The electric bill has never been over $200 in the heat of summer, and the gas has never been over $240 in the coldest part of winter.

This is a very friendly and interactive neighborhood with lots of fantastic people and lovely families. Frederick and New Market are the best towns I have ever lived in, and I have lived all over the world. Frederick consistently ranks in the top 20 best places to live in the entire country. I LOVE this area! Amazing food can be found at Vintage, The Wine Kitchen, and The Tasting Room. All within a very short and easy drive from this beautiful home and neighborhood. The Grocery store we use is Wegmans, it’s world class and a very short drive away. Top 20 best places to live in the entire country!
