Enjay is a wonderful street in the great community of Paradise! From Halloween parties and summer BBQ’s to a neighborhood Holiday party this is truly a tight-knit neighborhood. Once thing you can’t control when you buy a home is your neighbors- but you can’t beat the neighbors here! Paradise is booming with new businesses and exciting events.

There’s the spring Festivus with food and live music, the short line trail which is great for walking your dog, or family walks. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance including a new cafe and Mexican restaurant have recently opened, as well as a cupcake shop, pizza hut, dunkin’ doughnuts, Rite-Aid, 7-11, and a dry-cleaner. Paradise is a great walkable community!

Catonsville is a great community that has so much to offer! The fourth of July festivities are ranked among the top in the nation. Parties, a parade, fireworks- the entire town comes out to celebrate together! Frederick Road Friday’s happen all summer long with food, live music and vendors. We also have our very own farmer’s market 2 days a week. It’s great to get out with your friends and neighbors and support local farmers and businesses on a Sunday.

If you love good seafood or steak we love Catonsville Gourmet! Ships Cafe has some of THE BEST crabs in town- and the price can’t be beat! Matthews 1600 is a great little place we often stop in for a drink or an appetizer. The grocery store we use is Giant- which is right around the corner.

We moved to Baltimore County because it has all the conveniences of living in a city, without the headache and cost of living in a city. We wanted to live in a centrally located close community. Having access to major highways was important for my husband’s job- and it was important to have quick access to stores and necessities.

Catonsville was the perfect balance that met all of our needs. Catonsville Elementary school that we are districted to with top of the line technology just opened its doors this year!

The neighborhood was lovely and neighbors were out talking with each other! We loved that the kitchen was big enough for a full kitchen table and really enjoy the light from the sliders and large windows in the family room.

When we entertain, the space on the first floor worked out so well and we are able to accommodate large groups with ease. The fireplace makes the house so cozy and we love the built in bookshelves in the family room too!

This is just a great home both inside and out! Having the garage is great too especially in the winter so we don’t have to scape ice and snow off our car. We personally liked not having to mow a huge back yard but they great thing about our lot is it extends almost 50 feet past the tree line so it’s nice and private. There is a pool in the neighborhood that has memberships available for the summer and it’s just down the street. There are walking trails throughout the community that are paved and shaded. Our large deck hosted many gathering both planned and spontaneous. We love our town for its diversity and there are many areas of Catonsville that are quaint and historic which are lovely to explore year round.

There are also more traditional areas nearby with a plethora of shopping and fun places to eat. Catonsville has the best 4th of July Parades around as well as lots of community events and free music in several locations in the summer. The Catonsville Library is also fantastic!

One of my favorite restaurants is Loafers just around the corner. There are also amazing restaurants in the downtown Catonsville area, Duesenberg’s is a great little breakfast spot. Chef Paolino and Catonsville Gourmet are both restaurants we love as well. We love to shop at Aldi – great people and great choices. We also shop at Giant and both stores are super close.

We moved to Baltimore County to raise our family in a more suburban area. It was nice to take our kids to Storyville at the local library and it was so easy to get to downtown Baltimore to see shows and visit museums. The neighborhood as an elementary school that is so dedicated to the students and the community. The events hosted there were so warm and inviting. There is so much shopping along route 40, I could get all of my Holiday/Birthday/Event shopping done at the same time.

WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT 16 ENJAY AVENUE

When we found our home at 16 Enjay Avenue we fell in love with all of the outdoor living space! The covered porch allowed us to enjoy the outdoors-even during a summer storm! We love to be outside and garden- and loved that we could have room for a vegetable garden too! Once we walked inside we were drawn to the bright open living space that also kept the original charm- deep window-sills & brass door knobs. It was the perfect blend of modern convenience with old charm.

It felt like the perfect home in such a great community! What we love about our home is enjoying our morning coffee on the front porch, backyard barbecues on the deck in the summer and the ability to fit our whole family in the open kitchen and living room for family gatherings. The bedrooms were a comfortable-and get wonderful natural light! The basement man cave became the perfect place for the guys to hangout.

Our utility costs are better than we have previously experienced and since adding the additional insulation in the attic have gone down even lower. We have gas heat, in the winter our average bill is around $220, in the summer our bill is on average about $140.

GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD

Enjay is a wonderful street in the great community of Paradise! From Halloween parties and summer BBQ’s to a neighborhood Holiday party this is truly a tight-knit neighborhood. Once thing you can’t control when you buy a home is your neighbors- but you can’t beat the neighbors here! Paradise is booming with new businesses and exciting events.

There’s the spring Festivus with food and live music, the short line trail which is great for walking your dog, or family walks. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance including a new cafe and Mexican restaurant have recently opened, as well as a cupcake shop, pizza hut, dunkin’ doughnuts, Rite-Aid, 7-11, and a dry-cleaner. Paradise is a great walkable community!

Catonsville is a great community that has so much to offer! The fourth of July festivities are ranked among the top in the nation. Parties, a parade, fireworks- the entire town comes out to celebrate together! Frederick Road Friday’s happen all summer long with food, live music and vendors. We also have our very own farmer’s market 2 days a week. It’s great to get out with your friends and neighbors and support local farmers and businesses on a Sunday.

If you love good seafood or steak we love Catonsville Gourmet! Ships Cafe has some of THE BEST crabs in town- and the price can’t be beat! Matthews 1600 is a great little place we often stop in for a drink or an appetizer. The grocery store we use is Giant- which is right around the corner.

We moved to Baltimore County because it has all the conveniences of living in a city, without the headache and cost of living in a city. We wanted to live in a centrally located close community. Having access to major highways was important for my husband’s job- and it was important to have quick access to stores and necessities.

Catonsville was the perfect balance that met all of our needs. Catonsville Elementary school that we are districted to with top of the line technology just opened its doors this year!

Some of the things we love about living in Hanover are the great shopping and restaurants at Arundel Mills and the close proximity to Patapsco Park.

Some of our favorite restaurants in the area are Pazani for pizza, Little Spice for Thai food, Chop Stix for Chinese food and the Stained Glass Pub for good bar food. The Grocery stores we use are Green Valley and Giant.

We moved to Howard County for the great school systems, great parks, restaurants nearby and close proximity to Baltimore. Hanover is a great location with close proximity to Arundel Mills, BWI airport, Baltimore, Columbia and Ellicott City.

HERE IS WHAT THE OWNERS SAY ABOUT 3 HELMS PICK COURT When we found our house we loved the warm, open feeling of the house when we walked in and the space for our family. The neighborhood was lovely and neighbors were out talking with each other! We loved that the kitchen was big enough for a full kitchen table and really enjoy the light from the sliders and large windows in the family room.

When we entertain, the space on the first floor worked out so well and we are able to accommodate large groups with ease. The fireplace makes the house so cozy and we love the built in bookshelves in the family room too!

This is just a great home both inside and out! Having the garage is great too especially in the winter so we don’t have to scape ice and snow off our car. We personally liked not having to mow a huge back yard but they great thing about our lot is it extends almost 50 feet past the tree line so it’s nice and private. The next homeowners could definitely take down some trees and fence it in for a great back yard.

There is a pool in the neighborhood that has memberships available for the summer and it’s just down the street. There are walking trails throughout the community that are paved and shaded. Our large deck hosted many gathering both planned and spontaneous. We love our town for its diversity and there are many areas of Catonsville that are quaint and historic which are lovely to explore year round.

There are also more traditional areas nearby with a plethora of shopping and fun places to eat. Catonsville has the best 4th of July Parades around as well as lots of community events and free music in several locations in the summer. The Catonsville Library is also fantastic!

One of my favorite restaurants is Loafers just around the corner. There are also amazing restaurants in the downtown Catonsville area, Duesenberg’s is a great little breakfast spot. Chef Paolino and Catonsville Gourmet are both restaurants we love as well. We love to shop at Aldi – great people and great choices. We also shop at Giant and both stores are super close.

We moved to Baltimore County to raise our family in a more suburban area. It was nice to take our kids to Storyville at the local library and it was so easy to get to downtown Baltimore to see shows and visit museums. The neighborhood as an elementary school that is so dedicated to the students and the community. The events hosted there were so warm and inviting. There is so much shopping along route 40, I could get all of my Holiday/Birthday/Event shopping done at the same time.
